Reiki Therapy
Service Description
Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that works with the body’s natural energy to encourage relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing. During a session, Reiki energy is channelled through the practitioner, helping to calm the nervous system, release energetic tension and create space for the body and mind to deeply relax. It’s a peaceful, non-invasive treatment that supports you physically, emotionally and energetically, leaving many people feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded.
